Indian Hills was another post-war, mid-century neighborhood developed by Bob Everitt between about 1960 and 1975.  Many of the homes are sprawling ranches and some split level or two story homes.  If you were searching for a new home in the 60’s and needed some space, Indian Hills was a perfect fit for you.  Many of the homes boast 2500 to 4000+ square feet.  These large homes also came with large lots, typically between 10,000 – 20,000 square feet (1/4 – 1/2 acre).  Just like other neighborhoods of the era, there are well developed trees ground hugging landscaping in this serene neighborhood.

Indian Hills is along the Lemay corridor, close to restaurants, shops and hospital services.  Also nearby are a handful of parks and popular walking and cycling trails.
