Between South Loveland and Berthoud proper lies the new community of Hammond or Hammond Farm. Where the new bend of 287 meets Highway 17, you'll find dozens of entry level and mid-level priced homes popping up. Homes in Hammond farms have plenty of interior space, nice sized lots, and great access to both Loveland and Berthoud, while still feeling well out in 'the country'.
If you're looking for a community with great views of the front range, Hammond will fit the bill.
