Heritage Ridge Berthoud

Just south of Downtown Berthoud, lies the new community of Heritage Ridge. Once forgotten farmland, Heritage Ridge is now thriving with dozens and dozens of well built homes. The best part of this community is the rolling streets, great lots with walkout basements and walkability to downtown Berthoud.

If you're looking for mid-level priced homes, Heritage Ridge will provide excellent options within your budget. Starting at about $400,000 all the way up to nearly $600,000, you're sure to find a home that fits your needs. Most homes have atleast a 3 car garage (some have 4), nearly quarter acre lots and some choice lots have walkout basements.

Saint Aubyn Homes - Saint Aubyn's floor plans at the start in the mid to high $300's, but do include basements, mid-higher end finishes, 3 car garages (on most lots) and nicely sized floor plans.

Dream Finders Homes - Dream Finders Homes has 9 floor plans to choose from in Heritage Ridge - and you're able to choose between their move-in-ready homes along with building from the ground up, at this time. Their homes, similar to Saint Aubyn, start in the high $300's, with great finishes, upgrades and square footage.

Not all the homes are listed through the MLS (this is common and frustrating), so it's important to give me a call to see all the homes that are available in the community. If you're interested in taking a tour the neighborhood, make sure to bring me along. I'll be able to provide insight on pricing, floor plan popularity, resale considerations, incentives, and builder reputation before you even walk in the door. It pays to have me represent you.
